A leading pet food manufacturer located in Malaysia entrusted us with a special project for filling tuna chunks into pre-made stand-up pouches and into metal cans using the same product filler.
Our customer was looking for a reliable and high-performance solution to automatize their line. We were sure to comply all their requirements by offering our versatile Horizontal Fill & Seal machine model FL 1.7H PMP STU2 duplex, pet food volumetric filler, Retort system for top seal and mass flow meter of high accuracy for gravy at a speed of 4.000 pouches/cans per hour.

The customer was experiencing low production and much staff because they were packing the product into the stand-up pouches and metallic cans manually. For this reason, FLtècnics has been involved in the development of the right solution to satisfy all the customer’s requirement in terms of supplying easy product filling system that just moving from pouch machine, can be used on the metallic canning line.

FLtècnics has supplied a complete solution for a HFS Pre-Made Machine Model FL 1.7H PMP STU2 in duplex version as per customer’s URS for packing tuna chunks & gravy into stand-up pouch and metal cans with production up to 4.000 pouches/can per hour. The dosing system for tuna chunks in small pieces was the key solution for this project as it offers specific features.
